Process:

• Garage construction will consist in the sequential assembly of 600 large pre-made concrete blocks, weighing between 15-20,000 pounds each.
• Staging areas for blocks will be in Ivy Hill Plaza parking lot.
• Preliminary site preparation began on 4/11.
• Artist Rendering of Finished Project
• Limitations to Traffic Access

Construction hours:

7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., although the workday could extend until 6:30 pm.
